Geography is not a handicap; it is a cadence. When your morning begins before Silicon Valley sleeps, you learn to write for asynchronous dignity — decisions documented, diffs small, and voice notes mercifully short. Clients in India want rupee clarity; clients abroad want calendar poetry. Both deserve the same rigour.

I anchor my week in IST, but I negotiate overlap like a diplomat. The goal is never to be always-on; it is to be predictably responsive. That is how trust compounds across Darjeeling, Sikkim, Bengaluru, and the occasional Greenwich meridian.

The work that travels best is explicit: acceptance criteria that survive a monsoon power cut, repositories that build on a tethered connection, and demos that do not depend on theatre. Vanity is expensive; clarity is portable.
